That’s right, folks. The Raging Tech (the person, not the blog) has survived a quarter of a century of living on this planet. It’s crazy! Just last year I was working at a job I sort of enjoyed for a boss I definitely didn’t. I didn’t have insurance. I didn’t have a plan.
A year has passed, and I’m a year older and very possibly a year wiser. I’m a blog author. I have a permanent full-time position and a salary with benefits. I went to Hilton Head last Spring on vacation. I saw several good friends get married. I saw a couple good friends move away. I started my own business back up. I’m in decent health.
I have a lot to be thankful for this year. I hope to live at least 3 times as long more than I already have.
We’re celebrating tonight by going to a local Mexican joint, El Pacifico, and then coming back to my house for some video games and maybe a movie. Several of my female friends have promised to take advantage of my new Twister game that friends got me for Christmas. Yep, it’s going to be a crazy night. Especially since I feel a sinus cold coming on.
