I forgot to mention that I went home to visit my family in my hometown last weekend. One of the particular purposes of that trip was to take my Apple OS X 10.5 Support Essentials exam. I am now successfully an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP, formerly ACHDST)! Now I can check that off of my list of certifications to get.
I currently stand here as far as official documents that talk about how awesome I am:
- Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Computer Science, focus in Electronic Media (TV/Radio)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) – XP Cert
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) – Leopard Cert
And when I graduate from my Master’s program I’ll have:
- Master of Project Management Degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Cert
And with just one upgrade exam for my MCDST, I’ll earn:
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Support Technician
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Vista – configuration
Woo – go me! 🙂
